Incorporating chapter 6 technologies in the curriculum

I think that teachers should use games and other technologies to spark the interest of students. One technology in particular is the knowledge forum 4 technology. This technology would be useful in implementing SAT real life sitatuation based science and math problems because this sytem has a database where notes are stored, ideas are connected, and knowledge is produced. In this way students are allowed to examine real life situations that deal with science and math and are able to share and observe their classmates information and learn from each situation.

I also think that the wifi system can be used to implement games that outline important SAT vocabulary words for the high school and middle school level and spelling words at the elemetary level. Numerous students learn from repetition and actually seeing a picture of the word in action. If students are given an opportunity to see a verbal representation of the SAT words or spellings he or she may understand the word better and be able to define it better.

I also think that teachers should incorporate discussion bloggs for the class to express their opinions and concerns about the class. This gives those shy students a chance to interact with theh class.

  1. Definetly agree, in face I may repost some resources of some European schools that use mentaly stimulating games in thier public schools for both traditional education and to help develope hand-eye coordination and reaction in their PE classes. For some reason our education system still seems to think all we have is books and pencils at our disposal, but the reality is there is so much we can be doing if we open our minds to it all.
